BretMoon is committed to keeping our platform safe and free from misuse. If you believe our services, our name, or one of our members is being used in an abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful way, we want to hear from you.

What to report

• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive marketing that references BretMoon.
• Phishing, impersonation, or fake accounts pretending to be us.
• Spam, malware, or content that violates our Terms of Use.
• Any illegal activity or abuse of another person conducted through our services.

How to report

To submit a report, please contact our Trust & Safety team through the request form on our homepage. When you get in touch, add "Report Abuse" to your message so we can route it quickly.

What to include

• A clear description of the issue and why you believe it is abusive.
• Links, URLs, screenshots, or other evidence, where available.
• The date and time you observed the activity.
• A way to reach you if we need more details.

What happens next

Our team reviews every report we receive. We may investigate, contact the parties involved, remove content, suspend accounts, or escalate matters to the relevant authorities where appropriate. Reports are handled confidentially, and we will follow up with you where we can.
